If you simultaneously have your Facebook homepage and Café World open, you can collect tips right away through pop up alerts. The notification should tell you the name of a customer and inform you that you have a tip to collect.     Dishes that take the longest to cook are the ones that bring in the most cash. So when you are prepared to sign out, set up the most difficult dishes, like pot roast. Just make sure you get them on time since they might go bad or burn and it will cost you a lot of money to clean up the mess.
